Forwarding of NDR’s To Internal Accounts

We're running Exchange 2003 with clients using Outlook 2003 & 2007. I would like to setup a rule in Outlook to forward Exchange generated NDR's from internal account to another internal account but am unable to do so. Can this be done?

    Please give more details. Do you want ALL NDR's in the org to be forwarded or only NDRs to one specific account? What errors do you get when you attempt to set this up and how are you attempting to set it up please? Thanks.
