An EMF file is a Windows vector graphics format recognized by many image-editing applications.
What are you looking to do to this file, just import it into a PowerPoint presentation or change the content of the EMF file?
IF so check out the LINK to see what programs can open and use the EMF Format.

Your question is not in English language. It is not possible to understand other than English. Probably some kind of PowerPoint file with .EMF format (just guess). Please come back with proper details and in English language.

Probably you wanted to import .emf file in PowerPoint. If yes, open PowerPoint, go to Insert > Pictures & select the emf file. Once it sets on slide & for edit etc. it is needed to ungroup first. For this purpose, click Format > Group > Ungroup & Yes to the question that pops up. Again it is needed to ungroup it a second time for it to be editable.
