Whenever I save a Microsoft Word document as a PDF, the font always changes. But when I tried in on my friend's system, it looked fine. Is it just my system? Why does the font keep changing?

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

It may be possible he has some additional fonts for his Adobe software. Some font may not convert over properly. I can only guess as you do not list the font in question. Check out the Adobe Font Store

What is the font name of MS Word that you are using? In general try to use common fonts else using fancy one. Or check that embedded fonts, open PDF file & click File>Properties> Fonts. If you are still having issues let us know which versions of Word and Adobe you are running and what version your friends system had. It may be related to a windows update or some other difference you may not be aware of.
