If they are windows folders, just right click and select delete. The same for Outlook folder, right click and select delete folder.

First, did you create the folders or are they something you discovered while going through your system. If so, ensure that you do not delete something that belongs to a program.

    On the deletion, two ways:

    1. Click on it once, then press the Delete key.

    2. Right click it, go down to Delete in the menu, click it.

Assuming, the query maker did not ask for windows folder, either for OL/ Lotus notes folders or inbox  etc. Though it might chance that the guess is also wrong, while the person did not clear it now.

What OS ?  For Windows you can navigate to the folder or if it's on the desktop. Right click it an it will send to to your recycle bin. If you hold the shift and right click it will permanently delete the folder. Either way it will ask you to confirm the deletion.
