You open it with the application that created it. There are various programs that use the .FLB extension. If you have no idea how it was created, you'll need to obtain each of the programs that commonly use that extension, and try each one to see if any succeed. That's no guarantee though, because anyone can give a file just about any extension they want. Even simple Notepad can create and open a file that has .FLB for an extension. -- Tom
