For Microsoft Excel (I believe I'm on 2013), I need all the cells to have the same height and width. For example: 3 CM by 3 CM. How can I do it?

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.
First select all cell then in the tool ribbon above, check out the cells section and select “FORMAT”.
Here you can set a defined “Row Height” and then set a defined “Column Width”.
That will set the defined cell dimensions.

It is better to change the column/row width to automatically fit the contents, for this purpose, select the columns & then click Home tab, then cells group and then click Format. Under this click cell size then click Autofit column width. As you mentioned CM, you can change the ruler units. Click file menu, click options > advanced. Click excel options > advanced category. Under display, there is a ruler units box. In the ruler units box, click the units that you want to use.

Are you wanting it in a single file or as a global setting for all excel files you create.
