Our department thinks there's a rogue DHCP server inside our network. Is there a way we can find it? Would DHCP Probe work for us? Thank you.

You could taking existing DHCP servers offline and see if DHCP is still working and where it's coming from. If that's not possible, NetScanTools Pro has DHCP server search capabilities, among many other things.
