In Windows 10, is there any chance I can find out which ports are open? I need to know which ports I could possibly SSH tunnel via Putty (from my other computer). Thank you for the help.

You can use Resource Monitor (resmon.exe) for this purpose. Press Windows + R & type resmon.exe in the text box & press enter key. In the Resource Monitor user interface, expand TCP connections and Listening ports. From here you can get information. Also open command prompt (cmd) and pass this command like, netstat -an and press enter key.
