    It depends on what you mean. If you're asking how to find it programmatically, various DNS APIs can return local IP addresses. If you're asking about a basic user interface, it can depend on what platform and OS is being used.

    For example, Windows provides the ipconfig command, Linux (usually) provides the ifconfig command and some other OSs have other methods.

    Once you get output from a command such as those, one or more IP addresses can be returned. Determining which one of multiples you want can take a little dialog.

    Most likely, you can enter ipconfig at a command line and press 'Enter'.

    Different OS has different procedure to find ip address even it depends version also. If you are command line savvy, you can try ipconfig /all, which works almost all windows OS versions.
