I have an Exchange email account that was created so I would receive daily emails with three different Microsoft Excel attachments. After I receive it, each Excel attachment needs to be saved in one of three different folders. Would I be able to automatically do this in Exchange Server? Or do I have to create a script?

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

You can easily done this by using Outlook as your mail program.

Set a reference to Outlook and put the code in a standard module

1) Go to the VBA editor, Alt -F11
2) Tools>References in the Menu bar
3) Place a Checkmark before Microsoft Outlook ? Object Library
    ? is the Outlook version number
4) Insert>Module
5) Paste the code in the module below.
6) Alt q to close the editor
7) Save the file

Sub Test()

    SaveEmailAttachmentsToFolder “Folder name in your inbox”, “file extension”, “Drive path to store attachments”

End Sub

    To extract single attachment from email, you should extract separate email from Exchange Server which contains that attachment.  To do this, you can use Exchange mailbox extractor utility to extract desired item from mailbox. Try this utility http://www.stellarservertools.com/extract-exchange-mailbox.php
