Exporting DB2 file without DB2 server

Here's the issue - I was given a DB2 file but I don't have a DB2 server. I need to export all of its data without the server. Is there a tool for this? It doesn't matter if it's for Linux or Windows. Thanks very much.

In what format were you given the file? If it was backed up in its  native format as a SAVF then you would need access to a DB2 machine to restore it before it could be used. If you need the data in a different format you can use then have whoever created the file dump it into a usable format like an XLSX or CSV.
