Exporting .bqy keeping colors

I have huge .bqy files in Experion to export to Excel, over 200,000 rows. Usually I do .txt then .xls but the .txt export does not carry the colored cells in the .bqy, that I need to keep for further analysis.  When exporting as HTML file it keeps the colors, but allows only 65,000 rows to be exported, and I have 200,000 +. Is there a setting in the export to allow for over 65,000 rows? Is that an Experion setting?
