In the past few weeks, my team has developed a console app for running scheduled tasks on our ASP.NET site. But, as it turns out, it's pretty difficult to maintain. Is there a better way to run our scheduled tasks in a Windows environment? Thank you very much.

It is really difficult to suggest some "better" way to do it when the description of what you are currently doing is that vague.

Can you provde more details about the way you are currently doing it?

What specific tasks are you automating?
How is the current console app doing it?
Why is it difficult to maintain?
