I have a single Exchange 2000 server that I'm planning to upgrade to 2003 soon and in preparation for that, I have removed the Key Management Server and Instant Messaging pieces since they are not included with 2003. However, even though I have removed the Instant Messaging piece, it still shows up as an option to add to users in AD Users & Computers as if the schema entries are still present. Is there some way to get rid of these without painstakingly hunting the entries down in Schema Admin and will it affect the upgrade if I don't get them removed? Thanks for any suggestions.
