Microsoft Excel: Accumulative sum for 12 month period

How can I add accumulative sum for 12 month started from JAN to DEC. If data in JAN is zero, then accumulative sum from FEB to JAN. If data in FEB is zero, then accumulative sum from MAR to FEB and so.

    Are you looking to sum 12 months or are you looking to sum just 2 months if one of them is zero? The question is a little confusing.
