Establish a VoIP LAN exchange

I'm trying to establish a VoIP LAN exchange in my University. I have some VoIP sets, a ser, Dell r720 and a Wi-Fi network. What should I do?

    I'd recommend seeking out the nearest 100 Mbit/s or Gigabit Ethernet connection for starters.

    What you should do next (actually first) is begin studying LAN VoIP exchanges. Google searches for "lan voip exchange" provide useful results.

    You have decisions to make, but much will depend on the scope of your intended VoIP network. The Dell R720 is nice, but are you intending to use it for this purpose? It might (or might not) be a little overkill.
