Enable Windows 10 light night setting via CMD

Hopefully I can explain this question clearly. There's a light night setting in Windows 10 that I use all of the time (I love it). Can I enable it through a command (CMD)? Thanks!

    Have not found a way to do this via a command. This LINK has a way of setting it up in the registry via a powershell script.. Maybe that can point you in a new direction.
