I've been running Google Chrome (version 62) on Ubuntu. I keep enabling Flash but Chrome is blocking it for some reason. And it's happening time and time again. How can I enabled Flash permanently?

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

You can type in the address bar  chrome://plugins/ and check in the list there. Just a heads up, A while back Adobe announced that it would cease development and distribution of Flash Player at the end of 2020. Google has also published a blog post, explaining that Flash support will be completely removed in the Chrome browser at that time. But don’t expect everything to stay the same until then – there are a few changes in store leading up to the removal date.

Probably chrome started blocking flash with the release of version 57 onwards. While you are using version 62. However, check whether it works, open chrome, go to chrome://settings/content/flash and check the Adobe flash player > Always allowed to run box to control when Adobe flash content is loaded.
