For the past hour or so, I've been trying to go to a website that has Flash but it's not working in Firefox. It is working in Chrome (but I don't want to use that). I can't seem to find a flash add-on for this. Any help on this?

Generally, when install flash player it configures by itself for whatever browser(s) is/are installed. As you asked for Firefox, probably the latest version is 27.0. At first check if there is latest version is installed, however OS is an important matter to run any website. There are several websites that only crated to run for specific browser like IE/Firefox/Chrome. Just type:
    about:plugins

On Firefox address bar and check very carefully is there any name like Shockwave flash, if any just enable/activate it. Also check if your Firefox is the latest version. Or you can download/ install from here: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
