I have a user experiencing some difficulty in accessing the http://www.lenovo.com
Whenever he trys to access the website portal, he will get a prompt to save en file instead of navigating to the website.
Pls help to resolve this issue or give a workable solution for him. Thanks you!

user only have this problem only when he visit the lenovo.com homepage.whenever he went to the homepage it will prompt him to install this en file.Even when he click yes , the next time he goes back it will prompt again.
we have done the necessary cleanup of history, caches and play around withe the security settings but no use. The user is using IE 6.Do u suggest to try run anti-malware ?user will not except used another browser as this user is VIP.
thanks for your suggestion anyway.i have a few users here having a lot of strange cases related to explorer problem which really put me in doubts.Like one of the current user having this iexplorer.exe error whenever she close the browser of IE6.I also tried out the neccessary cleanup and refresh the settings but no use.Pls help as i can't simply reformat for every user having explorer errors problems.

It definitely sounds like you need to make sure your anti-virus and anti-spyware software are current and also run some other tools that you don't already have installed. This article I wrote has some links to several options for you.
Also, whether your user likes it or not, trying another web browser is still a good way to troubleshoot this problem. Does the user get the error when he tries to load a separate page on www.lenovo.com? I'd try that as well.
