Are you looking for a terminal emulator that you can use to connect to the AS/400 at your work site? Or are you looking for some kind of "system emulator" that makes it appear as if you actually have an attachment to an AS/400?
A terminal emulator is easy.
But a system emulator is practically impossible. Depending on what your employer makes available, you might be able to install WDSC or RDi components at home that help with some aspects.
