One of our clients recently migrated to Exchange / Outlook for their emails. Ever since the migration, the emails from my organization to any email address at their company bounces back from the System Administrator with this error:
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
Subject: Email Solution
Sent: 10/12/2014 11:08 AM
The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:
'email@example.com' on 10/12/2014 11:08 AM
550 5.1.1 <firstname.lastname@example.org> recipient rejected
So after some looking around, it looks like there's no data in the Internet header field. Has anyone seen this before? If so, what fix should we put in? Thank you.
