How can the fonts be changed in the Mail command's creation of an e-mail text? The font I get isn't the default font for the Outlook e-mail created, and I can't see how to set-up the Mail command to use a particular font and font size.
If I understood correctly and if u want to change font face/type/size, plz link here to get help: http://office.microsoft.com/en-in/outlook-help/change-the-default-font-or-text-color-for-e-mail-messages-HA010239585.aspx
You can change the font and its color, size, and style—such as bold or italic for all messages you send. For example, you can change the message text to blue or use the font Arial instead of the default Calibri.
Click File > Options > Mail.
Under Compose messages, click Stationery and Fonts.
On the Personal Stationery tab, under New mail messages, click Font.
If you want to change font styles for messages you reply to or forward, under Replying or forwarding messages, click Font.
On the Font tab, under Font, click the font you want to use.
You can also select a font style and size.
If the font you choose isn't installed on the recipient's computer, the recipient's mail program substitutes an available font.
Change font style options back to the defaults
In Outlook 2013, the default font used when you create, reply to, or forward an email message is 11-point Calibri.
Click File > Options > Mail.
Under Compose messages, click Stationery and Fonts.
On the Personal Stationery tab, under New mail messages, click Font.
If you want to change font styles for messages you reply to or forward, under Replying or forwarding messages, click Font.
On the Font tab, under Font, click the entry +Body.
How is your mail to be sent? check the Format text tab, is it HTML, Plain text or Rich text. It may be you are not set up to create a flexible e-mail format.
