I am experiencing the same issue.
We are using Outlook 2003 on Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3. I have tried recreating the PST file with a new account setup to no affect. The curios thing is that this happens on all five of our networked PC's. If you try sending an e-mail of around 4MB+ the error message appears and the message stays in the Outbox, but does actually get to the receipient. All machines are sending out on BT's SMTP server and receiving on a third party POP3 Server.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
