Dear Techies, We have used EDTMSK keyword in many display files. We were using all those screen since long time. We didn't have any issues. Recently we have have upgraded our OS to I 7.1. We are facing some issue now where ever we used this key-word.
A VDDTFR 6Y 0B 16 37
A EDTWRD(' / / ')
A EDTMSK(' & & ')
This is a date field. The issue is now when the user is entering date - 160201, it is taking only 16, after that cursor is moving to another field. I need a solution without commenting this EDTMSK key-word.

Are there any warning messages in your compile listing?

There is something else going on here.

I just built a little test with your controls and have no issues.

Give us a list of all keywords on the display and the record.

Should still work. Provide some of the info the others have asked for and we will take a look. Just a thought, have any system parameters changed since the upgrade?

What type of terminal or terminal emulator is being used? There are too many possibilities for us to guess. Also, what cume PTF level are you running?
