    Generally, .psd file types are generated from adobe photoshop software. If you have photoshop on your system, just double click to open and edit. If you don't have, download & install gimp (free to use) which can also helps to view / edit the same. Or paint.net which can also do the same job for you. This is also free, but for .psd file, download also photo.net plug in to work well.
