Our team works on the same Microsoft Access database throughout the day. It's access my multiple users at the same time. If a user makes an edit, will it immediately reflect for all of the other users? Or just that one specific user?

What is the environment there? Means, is it client-server concept/simply a server where the database is loaded and users are connect it by remotely. In our company, there is a server, where MySQL database is loaded, we are all connect through remote desktop, and make it changes (if any)/querying etc and if any one suitable makes change then it effects immediately and other users are also seen the same.

There are too many variables to answer correctly. How is the database set up, how is it accessed, commitment control, Can the same data row(s) be access by multiple user at the same time and the list goes on.  Provide some more details for a better response.
