In performing an EPA, I noticed the same ODCs were included twice in the original award. As we do the adjustment can we calculate everything correctly and not make any EPA adjustments until the adjusted amount is greater than the initial awarded for the option or do we have to accept all the errors and adjust up from there? Also, the contractor is actually working less hours than anticipated. How does that affect the evaluation? My CO wants me to just multiply the changes in hourly and H&W rates by productive hours and accrued leave and make that the adjustment.
