    Welcome to ITKE, oldeman37! If you're using Outlook, you can add multiple recipients by using the "Cc..." feature. Just add in the emails and you should be all set. Just make sure to use a comma to separate each one.

    I think it's a semi-colon to separate e-mail addresses in outlook.
    But yes you can add recipients in the TO. The CC is for "carbon copy" recipients. The BCC is for "Blind Carbon Copy" these recipients will receive it without the knowledge of the others in the distribution in the TO and CC.
