Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

When you say he is receiving duplicates do you mean duplicates in the same folder? For instance I have two rules on my inbox, one sends emails to a folder with the name of the person sending it, and I have another folder where anything with TSM in the subject goes. So if an email arrives from that person with TSM in the subject I get a copy in each folder. Is this what is happening, or are they receiving duplicate copies both to the inbox?

If you have multiple duplicate items in outlook and you want to remove them, try Shoviv Outlook Duplicate Remover tool for easier removal of duplicate items.

Check the box 'delete emails after forwarding'. It will solve your problem of duplication.

You can use manual method to remove them.

In MS Outlook, click View tab > Change View. Now change this folder view to table type view. Next right-click the column heading, then click Field Chooser. On top of this option, select a field from the list. Next drag down the Modified field to the table heading. The duplicate items you want to remove must have a unique date from the original set of items. Next click the modified heading. Now select the items you want to remove & hit Delete button to delete them.

Though there are several third party tools for the same work.
