double messages in Outlook

I have many users who get their Domino email messages via POP3 with an Outlook client. One of my users gets each message twice. We have Domino 6.5.4 on a Windows 2003 server. Thanks, Jim

Have you checked to see if they have more than one e-mail account set up pointing to the same mailbox?
