My question is that since a real time clock appear in a cell phone, does it affect the RAM of the phone too? (The battery supply's power to that phone's RAM too, so as to keep accurate time on cell phones also?

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

It uses battery, but it doesn’t “affect” the RAM.

The energy doesn’t flow from one piece of the device to the next  one.  There is a central point where the energy is administered, and it will always provide the necessary power to the appropriate parts of the device unless the charge is not enough for the device to operate, in which case the device will turn off.

Yes but is is so minimal it is usually not an issue. There are many other things that are running that use so much more than the clock feature.

Yes, it shows accurate time if it is set correctly. Or if you have doubt, you can check NITZ/ network identity and time zone, which is a server/ a mechanism for providing local time/ date, It can be synchronized by wifi also.
