    Here java meant what, is it javamail/ java programming. In general, gbk encoded meant might be the message written in other language instead of English. Is this the case. Through java it is possible, similarly when we convert numbers into words like 1=One; 2=Two & so on, like that. Almost same logic may applicable to read the same. However, more details are required. Or if you got this type of message, ask the sender to send the same in a recognizable language which you are in comfortable.
