I'd like to see an example of a decision tree in a call center. Specifically, I'd like to see if there is a structure about how a conversation should be held between the call center and the user.

a business case for asking this question or is it a homework question.

If you have a good business
case for it, please let us know. It is really not right for us to be doing
homework for people. It deprives them of the extra knowledge they get when
doing the research themselves.

    I am sure that if you check the section of this topic, you should be able to find one. If not, try using Google for your answer. Also, just an FYI, each call center has a different status quo for each level of a ticket.

    What I was trying to post is this statement - I should have given details examples of how to do research. I just thought that if someone is in school, they should develop some of these skills themselves.
