Do any browsers have support for pre-shared-key encryption/authentication?

My partner and I already have a web application with highly valuable business data. All of our communication is encrypted through TLS/SSL. I know this is a safe protocol but it can still be compromised if someone installed a CA certificate through our computer. So we're trying to strengthen the mutual authentication through a pre-shared key. Does anybody happen to know if browsers support pre-shared key encryption / authentication? Would it be through a plug-in? Thanks!

Have you implemented 2 factor authentication for your user logins?  That is an important step.  I would suggest Yubikey OTP.
