Impossible to answer for certain. What are the full system specs? What games? What all is installed on the system? What OS is running? How long has the system been running? What are all of the active processes and when did they start?

Your usage might be high, low or mediocre. It depends on everything else.

What types of games are there? What types of hardware is used there? Software is also a matter for disk usage. However computer specs are more required.

I think a lot depends on the game you are running as well as background applications. When I'm playing an online game like Guild Wars 2 or a Steam game and have my antivirus running and maybe a browser open,  my disk may be closer to 30%. If you have just 10% count yourself lucky. With out knowing your computer specs like memory and drive space and how much memory you have set aside for virtual disk space we can only make assumptions. This usage figure may also be impacted depending if you have a traditional hard drive or a SSD.

This is absolutely normal and it seems you are playing a lighter game.
