Hi experts, I'm not sure anyone can help but here goes: At the top of an Excel spreadsheet, does anyone know how to disable the sheet bounce (or touch scroll bounce)? Hopefully I said that correctly. The bouncing values are set at zero but it's not working. Any ideas? I'm on Windows 10

What Excel version is there? Assuming this is MS Office 2016, if yes & if understood correctly, open Excel, click File > Options. On next dialog box click Advanced. Here you can see a list of options, locate Disable hardware graphics acceleration checkbox and just de-select it. Then click OK.

What version of are you using? I have not run across the issue and want to see if I can replicate it. It might be as simple as running the Excel fix option.
