On the top of the error message I see "C:Windowssystem32 dinotify.exe" but I don't attempt to reach this file or anywhere at all!

Try suggestions in the Cannot find dinotify.exe file error thread in the Microsoft Community. Post back here if any of it works.

    Thanks TheRealRaven,
I tried your link but there's nothing. I continued to the Microsoft Community home page and tried looking for the answer via their search but there's nothing for that error message either. I just went to see that file in my Windows (c:\windows\system 32\dinotify.exe). This is a Windows device installation program. I understand now that's why my Huawei Mobile connect modem has never worked as Windows has never installed it. I tried to access that file (dinotify.exe) manually but it's impossible.

Thank you very much Carlosdl for your help!
I'm trying to go through all the instructions provided by this gentleman Support Engineer John Rubdy but it'll be a bit hard for me as I'm rather an average user than a advanced one. I'll do my best and see what's going to happen !
    Thanks again Carlosdl
