After much searching, I have determined that the simple answer is no where to be found. I'm trying to determine how to trouble shoot when adding QSYS2924 to the library list doesn't work, what might be the problem. I have a client that has at least attempted to install English as the secondary language on the AS/400. However, adding it with CHGSYSLIBL and adding QSYS2924 didn't do a thing. I have another client that installed English, and this works fine. I no longer get on that client's machine, so I can't compare settings. The QSYS2924 library only has 5 objects in it, so I'm not sure if that's enough, or how many objects should be present. I just want to be able to determine for sure if all components/PTF's have been installed and be able to tell them to install this one PTF, or re-install the whole thing. I'll probably have to tell them to go to IBM for answers, but I'd really like to know if there's something in addition that needs to be done like changing something in the user profile, etc....The previous client just told me to add QSYS2924 to the system library list, but I'm not sure if they did anything to a job description/user profile/subsystem/etc. Does anyone know what to look at to verify that they have English installed correctly?
