Deny write permissions to a folder via GPO

I would like to deny write permission for users to a folder on a network share.  The problem is that the path to each folder has the user name in it.  so for example:
\servershare%username%folder  and I want to deny %username% write access to the folder
Every user has a folder on the SharePoint as their username.  Inside is a folder that needs write permission denied for that user. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
