Delivery failed because receiver was not in Domino directory

I can't read the message sent to me because it stated there that the receiver was not in Domino directory

It’s most likely a security issue. Some companies will screen their out
going mail and slap some security on it. You must be a registered user
to open and view it. Once you set up an account tied to an e-mail you
are ok for future emails. If you are trying to open from another account
that has not been registered, that may be causing the problem.

    If that does not exist, then how did you get this one. The tag indicated bdc, so assuming this is hidden from main recipient. You can ask the same to get it back again.
