I inherited a database that has a duplicate table and both tables are pointing to different things in the relationships. I would like to delete one of the tables and direct all relationships to the existing table. As it stands, I have to update both tables with the exact same information (the table denotes a certain week therefore must be updated to keep up with time passing).

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Create a query in the Access query design window joining the two tables on common field. Make sure you add all relevant fields to the grid. Now you you can add records to both tables.
Also you can do this with forms too. create one form for the first table and one form for the another table, insert the second form as a subform of the first form and link the forms on the common field.
