Default gateway ping test

I'm having problems with connecting to the internet. I did an IPCONFIG/ ALL and got this: IPv4 address is 10.60.1.23, my subnetmask is 255.255.192.0, default gateway is 10.60.0.10, and the DHCP server is 10.60.20.19. I then pinged 127.0.0.1 and all 4 packets were received fine. I then pinged my default gateway, 10.60.0.10 and received the message destination host unreachable 4 times. However it also says that all four packets were sent and received successfully. Does anyone know what this means and why I can't get on the internet. Thank you for your time.

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

It is most likely a cabling issue either in your house or someplace in between.
.There is a small chance the modem/router is defect but it is much more likely you have a cabling issue or talk to your internet service provider.

Well, first, with the IP address of 127.0.0.1, you pinged your own system, so I hope that it came back successful.  Is this a network that you are configuring in a program, like Packet Tracer? If so, and you were able to ping all but the gateway, then you will need to go into the router and ensure that it is configured properly and on the proper network.
