Dark shadow at the right side corner of the screen display on HP 15 Notebook

Thank you. Sir, the problem is that I see a dark shadow at the right side corner of the screen display. I don't know if it is a hardware problem or male-ware or a virus, maybe my PC needs a repair or a change of its screen? (Please note that my PC is HP 15 Notebook/Windows 10 & 64 BIT/and is running very well with no problem and no damages as well. Then I get the same dark shadow of screen display even if I connect it to other monitor or by HDMI TV). Is there a solution for this problem?! I did un-install and re-install the driver software & Both Driver the NVIDIA High-Definition (HD) Graphics Driver and the Intel High-Definition (HD) Graphics Driver. I think. I have nothing missed out but I see the same vision. I would appreciate your advice on this subject! Regards.

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

If it is happening in one specific area of the screen and you have tried another monitor it sounds like the video card/driver.  You can always try to update the video driver and if that fails then it sounds like the video card itself. This may be a simple issue but most of the times it’s not. If you computer has a dedicated graphics card it can probably be swapped out. If it’s integrated that may mean a new motherboard.

You can try this. Open control panel > System & security > System > Advanced settings. In system properties window, click Advanced tab > Settings under the Performance. In Visual effects, there is a long list of checkboxes that can enable/disable aesthetic features. Search for Show shadows under windows checkbox and deselect it. Click Apply & check if it helps. If it does not work, as you tried in all respect, it seems that this is basically a hardware related issue. You may contact a good hardware person.
