Create Microsoft Exchange rule for mailbox

Hi. I need help to create a rule for the mailbox customerservice@**********. Any customer sending mail to this mailbox need to get a reply ***Thank you for the email etc...**** and that customer email have to be diverted to a manager in the organisation. Thank you!

    If I understand correctly you basically want to forward a copy of the inbound mail for customerservice@... to a manager and then send an auto response back to the customer acknowledging their email was received. Will all emails go to the same manager?
