I’m not sure exactly what you are trying to accomplish.
Is it two different machines where you want to send data from System A to System B?
Or is it a single machine where you just want to do a Cut & Paste?
I assume it is just cut & paste. If that is the case, you should have icons at the top of your emulator for this function. Use your mouse to select what you want to put in your clipboard. Click on the Copy icon, then go to the target screen and click on the Paste icon.

You will probably need to create a VB macro (if macro functionality is what you want). Otherwise, make sure you have the Programmer’s Toolkit component of iSeries Access installed. Go into it through your PC’s Start-> Programs menu items and start reading the section on Emulation.
Since we have no clue what your screens are like, what inputs/outputs you have nor what mix of screens you’ll run into (not to mention what you actually want to accomplish), there’s not much help we can give. When a specific technical obstacle comes up, ask again.
