Copying data from Microsoft Excel to Notepad

For my company, I do a ton of copying data from Microsoft Excel to Notepad. But every single time, I have use the SendKeys Excel VBA command. Is there a better (or easier way to do this)?

    Why not just save the Excel file as a TXT file? Are you saving the whole Excel file or just portions of it ? You migh be better off writing a script or macro to do this.
