More information is needed. Where are these orders coming from and in what format are they? Are they coming from a document or a database?

If the information can be dumped into Excel, it is easily saved as a .csv file from there

Data is from an OS/400 database file. Right now, PGM pulls data and prints the confirmation.

The customers are looking for CSV files? That is a new one, most would probably want a PDF. You may have to modify the program to create the CSV file especially if there are any calculations being done that are not stored in the database.
