How can I take my images from Adobe Creative Cloud on my iPhone, and convert them to Vector files?

Depending on the complexity of the image(s) there are tools to convert images to a .SVG file format if that is what you are looking for. Photoshop, Inkscape to name a couple. The thing is they still require some manual intervention. I have not seen a utility that convert with just a mouse click.
