You would need a batch file that would sequentially render (with a browser engine) each of your 500 files, then do the pdf conversion. You might be able to do it in Linux with the aid of GhostScript, but it's a bit out of my league. Sorry.

you should just purchase a single license for adobe pro, less then $200 (maybe cheaper used), then you can use that to create pdf from file, select all the files and it will create them all as individual files. you may want to do like 10 at a time since it will open them as it creates them and you will need to save them. also you can create pdf from a webpage, so you could just choose to create pdf from web page option and paste in the url. i'm sure there are some detailed options you choose that may create them and save them at the same time, as i am not an adobe expert, but i use this for when i add docs to my company website from other sites or document types and i want them in pdf. and there may be a vb script or batch file someone already created to use adobe (because it's a popular program) to create mass amounts like what you are looking for; as Ledlincoln suggested.

I've use the wincopy from this site this program as well as infothek reformat batch tool conversion.. Both have worked well for me... If you have a Scanner onsite.. you might have a Program application that converts.. look in help menu or options and review.. " WideImage software has a BATCH conversion option which is awesome .."

If your desire is to convert the web page (screen image) to PDF, GhostScript was already mentioned. My favorite is CutePDF Writer.
